Employment and Scholarships

In addition to its core services, MoneyCounselor.org also offers a scholarship program to help people who want to become Financial Counselors and Financial Advisors but who may not be able to afford the cost of education. The scholarship program covers the cost of tuition, books, and other expenses related to obtaining a degree in financial counseling or financial advising.

To be eligible for the scholarship program, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Automatic Acceptance if you ar referred by a Non-Profit Organization.
  • Be a full-time student enrolled in a degree program in financial counseling or financial advising
  • Have a GPA of at least 3.0
  • Demonstrate financial need
  • Write an essay on why they want to become a Financial Counselor or Financial Advisor
